Roster Rules & Player Eligibility

Team Roster

• Each Team is allowed maximum 12 players and minimum of 6 players.
• Only the names reflected on the official roster list with a completed waiver form are allowed to play. No waiver form, No signature, No play.
• Roster changes will only be permitted under approved exceptions and must be completed no later than one (1) week before the tournament begins.
• Players who are not registered in TeamLinkt will not be allowed to participate.

Player Eligibility

• Players under the age of 18 (minors) will require a completed waiver form with the signature of their legal guardian. The team is fully responsible for the minors safety throughout the tournament. 
• Players MUST have a minimum of ¼ Filipino ethnicity
• All players must be prepared to present proof of ethnicity. 
• *For multi-racial players it is mandatory to submit proof: If the birth certificate or passport does not show ethnicity, the player's Parents or Grandparents birth certificate or their passport could provide proof of ethnicity as well. No verbal proof is acceptable. Once submitted & screened, the final decision will be made by the committee members. 
• Any player who does not comply with the above requirements will not be allowed to play. Hence, for as long as the members of the team still meets the minimum number of players, the team will be permitted to pursue the game without the player not in compliance.
